On March 15, 2023 at the Stadsschouwburg in Antwerp
On March 16, 2023 at the Bozar in Brussels
Ticket sales start on Friday, Jan. 13, at 10 a.m.
British singer-songwriter Morrissey became known as the founder and frontman of British rock band ‘The Smiths’ and has since been a successful solo artist for 35 years. He has no less than 16 albums in the British Top 10 to his credit, as well as 9 Top 10 albums together with ‘The Smiths’. He also has two Top 10 and eight Top 20 albums in the U.S..
That Morrissey is a living legend is confirmed by his many songs covered by various major artists and groups, including David Bowie, Nancy Sinatra, the Killers, Marianne Faithfull, Chrissie Hynde, My Chemical Romance, Thelma Houston and Christy Moore.
In addition, in 1991 he sold out the Hollywood Bowl no less than twice in such a short time, even breaking the previous record held by The Beatles. In 2006, his status as a music icon was once again confirmed by BBC viewers, who unanimously voted him “second Greatest Living British Icon.
